Anga'anga Tūkatau is implemented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It forms part of the Cook Islands Covid-19 Economic Response Plan long-term strategy to aid the growth in employment and the transformation of a more diverse and dynamic economy for the future.

 

Our platform provides a FREE one-stop-shop of employment information relating to working in the Cook Islands. The online recruitment tool enables Employers and Job Seekers in Rarotonga, and Pa Enua to advertise and explore work opportunities throughout the Cook Islands.

Anga'anga Tūkatau's approach to employment is one that benefits Cook Islands Employers, and Job Seekers here and abroad and the Ministry. Our networks reach out to international skilled workers, and other Pacific Island communities and Cook Island ex-pats regarding work opportunities.

 

As a Cook Island Employer, you can advertise your vacancies as well as opportunities for people wanting to volunteer in the community or students and adults to gain work experience. We also provide some tools for people managers and link to our Labour & Consumer Services to seek employment related advice.

As a Job Seeker, you can prepare yourself for work, look for employment opportunities and explore ways to develop your career and learn what to do when you need to "Speak-Up".

Anga'anga Tūkatau provides the Ministry with a valuable source of referral to aid and rehabilitate welfare beneficiaries into appropriate employment. It also provides reliable statistical data to develop and improve our labour and welfare support and services, now and into the future.
